Sustainability at TRGC
TRG Concessions has been awarded the maximum 3-star rating in the Sustainable Restaurant Association Food Made Good rating, the world’s largest food service sustainability programme, which provides a recognised industry standard for measuring sustainability across the hospitality sector. The assessment focuses on areas across Sourcing, Society, and the Environment. We have an established sustainability strategy focused on conserving resources in operations, working with partners on sustainability, and supporting people and communities. We have a target of net zero emissions by 2040, across all scopes, in alignment with the UK hospitality sector target. TRG is a founding member of the Zero Carbon Forum, a not-for-profit organisation supporting the hospitality sector to get to net zero by 2040.
